现在发生: Updated (Bivalent) Booster now available to those at least two months after 2nd primary dose or last booster.
Children 6 months and older are recommended to get vaccinated, and boosters are now available as of December 9, 2022.
Anyone who received their first booster vaccine at least four months ago are now able to receive a second booster. 请 预约 to get your second booster and protect yourself against COVID-19.
心脏城市健康 is now offering COVID-19 vaccines through scheduled patient appointments. If you are not a 心脏城市健康 patient, please call 574.293.0052 to become a new patient.
We are still following all State guidelines, including the rules regarding the phases of distribution and social distancing practices.
Pfizer and 现代化 COVID-19 vaccines are available and require two doses.
NOTE: Pfizer is now for those ages 6 months and older. A parent or guardian must accompany the child if under 18 years old. 现代化 is available for 6 months to 18 years and older and requires 2 doses.
